Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unworn and in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not be personalized or custom-made (custom items are non-returnable unless defective)

Please inspect your items upon delivery. Any defective or incorrect items should be reported immediately so we can provide a resolution.

How to Return

To initiate a return, visit the Returns & Exchanges page and complete the return form. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping your items back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the same return procedure. Once we receive your returned item, you may place a new order for the replacement item, or we can process the exchange directly depending on availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may require additional payment if the new item is priced differently.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

International Returns

International orders may be returned under the same conditions; however, return shipping and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
